What is the processing time for each order?

Since each product is delicately handcrafted by us, the processing time may take from one week to three weeks depending on our current order volumes.

What are the available phone sizes?

We only have iPhone sizes in stock, including iPhone 6 to iPhone 14 PROMAX; however, if you would like another size, please contact us at contact@mqjshops.com and we'll order the phone case just for you! The processing time for this will take an additional week to two weeks on top of our current processing time.

What are the phone cases/accessories made out of?

Our products are either made out of epoxy resin or UV resin.

Are the products perfect and exactly the same as the product pictures?

No, since each product is hand-crafted, every one of them will be somewhat different than others. Due to the hand-crafted nature, we are unable to reproduce the exact product, which is what makes the pieces truly unique. Also, please note that minor imperfections such as small bubbles and slight scratches may occur. 

Do you accept return/exchanges?

We currently do not accept any form of return/exchanges. For more information, please check out our refund policy page.

How long does shipping usually take?

The shipping time depends on your location relatively to ours. We're located in Placentia, California. If you select expedited shipping, please note that the processing time is not taken into account. Expedited shipping will only be expedited ONCE WE SHIP OUT YOUR PRODUCT AFTER SAID PROCESSING TIME, then USPS will make sure they expedite your package.
